Office Changes
Effective January 1st, 2025, the Dale Borough Business Office will be open on Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Also, the following is the new office email address: office@daleborough.org and the Tax Collector does not hold office hours during the months of January and February of each year.
Moving Permits & Pressure Testing
Anyone moving in/out of the Borough of Dale, has to complete a Moving Permit and as of October 1st, 2024, pay the $10 fee. Landlords, please advise your tenants of Ordinance #365. Penalties for non-compliance will be levied on both the landlord(s) and tenant(s). Also, if you are selling your property (except for an empty lot), please remember you must have a Pressure Test completed and pay the $75 fee. You can either download the forms from this website (“Our Borough” then select “Permits & Forms”) or pickup both the Sanitary Sewer Connection Form (for pressure testing) and Moving Permit then pay the fee(s) at the Dale Borough Business Office located at 277 David Street, Johnstown, PA 15902.
