This is required when you buy or sell a house in the borough.

Submit the completed form and fee to the Dale Borough Business Office.

Contact information for the Pressure Test Witness will be provided once the form is processed.

A: The moving in / out permit is required.  This enables the borough to keep track of occupancy in the borough.

A: Permits are required for various activities, including but not limited to, building new structures, making significant renovations, installing fences, and conducting major landscaping projects. Please contact the borough office or The Pennsylvania Municipal Code Alliance for specific permit requirements.
